Product details
ABB System M Pro S200 Double Pole Type B 10ka
ABB System pro M compact S200M miniature circuit breakers are current limiting. They have two different tripping mechanisms, the delayed thermal tripping mechanism for overload protection and the electro mechanic tripping mechanism for short circuit protection. All MCBs of the product range S200M comply with IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC/EN 609 47-2, allowing the use for residential, commercial and industrial applications. Bottom-fitting auxiliary contact can be mounted on S200M to save 50% space
Features and Benefits
Extra-wide and complete range of MCBs which cover most applications and markets
Space and time saving thanks to the unique bottom-fixing auxiliary contact
Meeting worldwide standards
For domestic or small commercial installations up to 6 kA breaking capacity
IEC/EN 60898-1, IEC/EN 60947-2
Double pole
Operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C
Max. operating voltage 440Vac
Standards
IEC 60898 - Relates to Low Voltage Circuit Breakers for use in household and similar
Installations. In the UK traditionally known as miniature circuit breakers
(MCBs).
IEC 60947-2 Relates to Low Voltage Circuit Breakers for use in industrial and similar
Installations. In the UK traditionally known as moulded case circuit breakers
(MCCBs) and also air circuit breakers (ACBs).
Q: What is Tripping Curve B
A Curve B: Tripping: 3 to 5 times the rated current.
Applications: protection of generators, persons, very long cables
Note
These are an economy range of MCB's and as such do not accept common accessories, these items will not fit compact boards (System Pro-M).
