Keithley 3390 50MHz Arbitrary Waveform/Function Generator

The Keithley 3390 uses direct digital synthesis (DSS) techniques in generating highly stable and accurate waveforms that enable users to create almost any desired shape. The exceptional signal quality of the 3390 is a result of its high resolution, fast rise and fall times and deep memory.
