FRAM click mikroBUS™
The Click accessory modules plug into the MikroBUS sockets in MikroElektronika microcontroller development boards. FRAM click features a 32KByte Ferroelectric Random Access Memory device. FRAM is non-volatile and does not require a back-up battery. In addition, it has a fast write cycle time and a greatly extended lifetime over Flash memory.
MB85RS256A 32768 x 8bit FRAM memory chip
Communication: serial SPI up to 25MHz
HOLD pin is used to interrupt serial input/output without deselecting chip
WP pin is used to control writing to a status register
Power indicator LED
Power supply: +3.3Vdc
