OPF522 Series Fibre Optic Receivers
The OPF520 series, from Optek Techonology, is a family of fibre optic receivers. The OPF520 has a plastic cap package whilst the OPF522 comes in a metal ST package. They contain a monolithic photo IC consisting of a photodiode, biasing network, DC amplifier and an open collector output transistor.
Designed for data communication links, the OPF520 fibre optic receivers are ideal for applications such as industrial ethernet equipment, copper-to-fibre media conversion, intra-system fibre optic links and video surveillance systems.
