The ISL80030DEMO1Z and ISL80031DEMO1Z Demonstration Boards can evaluate the performance of the ISL80030 and ISL80031, 3A Synchronous step down converters.
The ISL80030 is configured for PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) operation and provide a fast transient response.
The ISL80031 is configured for PFM (Pulse Frequency Modulation) discontinuous conduction operation and provide high efficiency.

Power Supply from 2.7 V to 5.5 V
Output current up to 3 A
Switching frequency is 1 MHz
35 μA quiescent current (ISL80031)
Power-Good and Enable
Negative current protection
Internal soft-start and soft-stop
