Samtec LSHM Series 0.5 mm High-Speed Board to Board Hermaphroditic SMT Connector Strips

LSHM Series 0.5 mm high speed, high density hermaphroditic SMT board to board strips with a slim, row to row ruggedized design. These LSHM 0.5 mm hermaphroditic board-to-board strips are available as vertical mounting, right angle mounting or reverse right angle mounting. The self-mating design of these hermaphroditic high-speed board-to-board connectors reduces inventory costs. The vertical mounting LSHM BTB connectors have a high-speed performance of 23 Gbit/s, the horizontal mounting LSHM BTB connectors have a high-speed performance of 19 Gbit/s. These LSHM 0.5 mm high-speed board-to-board connectors feature high retention razor beam contacts which are designed to produce high speed, fine pitch, rugged interconnections. The contacts feature undercut retention notches for an increased mating and unmating force and produce an audible click when a secure connection has been made.
The vertical mounting connectors can be combined with one another to create stack heights from 5 mm to 12 mm for increased design flexibility.
These LSHM series 0.5 mm Hermaphroditic connectors will also mate with HLCD series high-speed cable assemblies.
