This TE Connectivity MEAS MS54XX Series of piezoresistive pressure sensors provide an output voltage directly proportional to the amount of pressure applied. These pressure sensors are constructed of a ceramic carrier with a mounted silicon micromachined pressure sensor die. Suitable applications for this series include high-resolution altimeters, vario meters, barometers, brake systems, engine management, waterproof watches and diving computers.
