CC112x series Sub-1GHz RF Transceivers

Texas Instruments CC1120 and CC1121 devices are fully integrated single-chip radio transceivers designed for high performance at very low-power and low-voltage operation. The CC1120 is optimized for IEEE 802.15.4g systems with channel spacing down to 12.5kHz.

RF Frequency bands: 315, 433, 868, 920, 950MHz (and 169MHz CC1120 only)
RF Output Power: up to +16dBm
Receiver Sensitivity: -123dBm @ 1200bps (CC1120), -120dBm @ 1200bps (CC1121)
