Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period is from 1 to 30 Nov 2025.

2. To qualify for this promotion, order is only applicable for online orders and corporate customers, and must be placed and payment completed within the campaign period.

3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, special offers, non-contractual discounts, or rebates already in place. 

4. This offer is not valid on Raspberry Pi, Nvidia, OKDO-related products and bundles, test and measurement items, or 3D printers including scanners, software, and printing supplies.

5. RS Components Ltd reserves the right to change or withdraw this promotion at any time and/or to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. 

6. Note that this promotion is not open to any government employee or public official, nor it is open to the employees of any customer of RS Components Ltd which has elected to exclude itself and its employees from such promotion. 

7. This promotion is not open to employees of RS Components Ltd and their immediate families. 

8. RS Components Ltd deals only with companies only and not the individual employees of the customer company. It is the individual employee's responsibility to gain permission from their employer to participate in this promotion. 

9. Customers shall not be permitted to participate in this promotion if, by participating, they may cause RS Components Ltd and/or themselves to be in breach of any agreement (including but not limited to any contract of employment) to which they are a party or in breach of any law, regulation or rule having the force of law to which RS or the participant may be subject. 

10. By participating in this campaign, the customer understands that this campaign will not conflict with his/her company policy or rules. 

11. All products are registered products of their respective companies; they are in no way linked to this promotion. 

12. RS will refuse to validate and redeem any claim not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
