This incremental encoder is a Compact rotary sensor designed to provide precise position and speed feedback in industrial control systems. It is suited to automation and motion-control environments where a robust Interface and high counting resolution are required. The unit connects via an incremental electrical Interface and is intended for flange-mounted installations in mechanical assemblies.
It uses an incremental Interface providing quadrature pulses for direction and speed measurement, compatible with standard counter inputs.
It employs a flange-mounting arrangement and a through hollow bore that accepts a 30mm shaft for direct installation without separate couplings.
The unit functions across a wide temperature span from -25 °C to +85 °C and carries an IP65 protection rating against dust and low-pressure water jets.
Field wiring is MADE via a 12-pin M23 terminal, enabling multiple signal and power conductors to be terminated reliably.
The encoder is specified for operation up to 3600 rpm to maintain accurate Pulse generation and mechanical integrity.
