These RS PRO patch leads, also known as Ethernet patch cables are manufactured using Category 6 cables, commonly referred to as Cat6 Cable. They are electrical cables often used in office environments to link computers to a network hub, router or Ethernet switch.
They are a shielded foiled twisted pairs (S/FTP), which means the copper wires are twisted together and covered with a foil shield with braided shielding on the outer layer of the cable.
