The RS PRO pneumatic roundline cylinder is a high-performance piston that uses air pressure to generate a steady pumping motion. This cylinder is double-acting, with the air pressure applying to each end alternately to give it a longer stroke length than most single-acting cylinders.
To reduce wear and tear, the piston has an inbuilt end-of-stroke buffer, which will cushion the impact of the piston. This improves the durability of the piston and helps limit jolts to the system. This is a robust device with a long-life span, even when used with non-lubricated air, making it suitable for use with oil-free air compressors.
