This RS PRO bench can is designed to safely dispense small amounts of volatile or flammable fluids, such as petrol. These solvents are often used for cleaning machine parts and industrial equipment.
The can has a spring-mounted dasher plate that dispenses solvent when it's pushed down. This means you can operate the can with one hand while holding a cleaning cloth to absorb the fluid.
