RS PRO RTD Extension Cable – 4 core PTFE, 5m

Introducing the range of RS PRO Platinum Resistance thermometer extension cables, ideal for use as a general-purpose extension wire and can be used to extend 2, 3 or 4 wire RTD configurations. The material of this extension cable offers high flexibility and is waterproof.
Most commonly used with the Pt100Ω thermometers but also suitable with other types such as Pt130, Pt500 & Pt1000Ω.
This extension cable has 4 cores and is PTFE insulated with 7/0.2mm silver plated copper conductors. The cores are twisted with mylar tape and silver plated copper braided screen with PTFE insulated outer jacket. The silicone rubber material of the jacket offers heat resistance to 260°C has good electrical and mechanical properties, highly flexible, resistant to oils, acids, other adverse fluids steam and gasses.
The cores are colour coded with 2 x Red and 2 x White with a black outer jacket and are supplied in 5, 10 and 25 metre reel lengths.
